The Benefits of the Fitbit

A great accessory I love to use when I work out is my fitbit. It monitors my heart rate, keeps track of my activity throughout the day, counts my steps, and does so much to help me improve myself. I can connect it to my computer to see how my activity is, comparing it day by day. This really helps me to set realistic and achievable goals for myself. By monitoring my heart rate, I can be sure I’m pushing myself to be better. It tracks my calories burned and even knows how many stairs I’ve climbed. This watch is an amazing tool that really helps me improve myself.
