ASICS has come out with the GEL-Quantum 360, a great shoe for every runner. Whether you’re sprinting short distances, trudging up and down hills, or running for miles, this shoe keeps your foot comfortable. They absorb whatever shock you put your feet through, which is imperative because running can really take a hit on your joints. They run true to size and fit comfortably. These shoes were made to last and are worth every penny. ASICS did an amazing job with this shoe and it is my go-to pair for training.
